In order to celebrate the first successful year of the TVS Jupiter in the Indian market, TVS Motor Company has launched a special edition scooter here. The special edition model will be made available in limited numbers. The Jupiter Special Edition will be offered in a special Stallion Brown shade with beige panels. The special edition also gets the 'limited edition' badge on the front panel.
Adding to it, the company is offering a special ‘Dura Cool’ seat with the special edition model. The Dura Cool seat is claimed to keep seat temperature around 10 degree lower than a normal seat when parked under direct sunlight.
Speaking on the occasion, K N Radhakrishnan, President and CEO, TVS Motor Company said, “TVS Jupiter has received an overwhelming response from customers. Our focus has been to constantly provide freshness to our products and maximize customer delight and with TVS Jupiter increasingly becoming a preferred choice in its category, we felt that it would be fitting to celebrate with a special edition TVS Jupiter.”
The TVS Jupiter has received an overwhelming response from customers. The company managed to sell over 3 lakh units of the Scooter since the launch. Adding to it, the Jupiter has been awarded ‘Scooter of the Year’ and the ‘Viewer’s Choice Award in 2014. The exact pricing details of the special edition model are yet to be announced, but the limited edition Jupiter is now available across all TVS showrooms in the country.
