Exterior 

The updated Hyundai Alcazar is expected to get a new grille, design for the wheels as well as new colour options as a part of the mid-life facelift

Interior

The interior of the updated Hyundai Alcazar is expected to continue with the same layout and colour schemes but will get an updated feature list including a new touchscreen infotainment system, ADAS, 360-degree camera, updates to the connected car system and more safety features.

Engine, performance and specifications

Currently you can have the Hyundai Alcazar with either a 1.5-litre diesel or a 1.5-litre GDi turbo petrol engine. Both the engines can be had with a six-speed manual while in terms of two-pedal options the petrol gets a seven-speed DCT and the diesel a six-speed torque converter respectively.

Variants

The Hyundai Alcazar is expected to continue in the Prestige, Platinum and Signature variants across six and seven seat options.

Safety

The Hyundai Alcazar facelift has not been tested either a GNCAP or BNCAP crash test rating.

Competition

The Hyundai Alcazar will continue to take on the MG Hector Plus, Tata Safari and the Mahindra XUV700.
