The Brio hatchback from Honda has been a stylish proposition in its segment. Recently, sources have managed to capture the fist look of the face-lifted model just days ahead of the 2015 GIIAS event in Indonesia. Based on what can be seen, the upcoming trim shared some resemblance to the one launched in Thailand way back in 2013.
The new facelifted Honda Brio is expected to be offered with two engine options namely - 1.3-litre i-VTEC engine that is capable of generating about 98bhp with 127Nm of torque and 1.2-litre, i-VTEC engine that would be capable of delivering about 87bhp of power with 109Nm of torque. The vehicle is expected to be offered in manual as well as automatic transmission options. The new Brio is expected to launched sometime next year with a 1.2-litre engine with no plans for diesel for now.
Based on spy shots, the new Honda Brio may be offered with interesting set of features 15-inch alloy rims, chrome embellishment for boot handle, rear wiper with defogger, rear spoiler and fog lamps. Additionally, the vehicle may get electric folding mirrors, steering control switches and new audio system.
