Toyota Kirloskar Motors authorized dealerships will contact owners of the affected cars. If any repair is required, the dealers will rectify the problems for free of cost. The dealers will take around 2 hours to repair the cars. The company claims that they did not receive any complain regarding front suspension in India; however, TKM is conducting this recall as a part of the Voluntary Recall code.

Similarly, the company recalled around 45,000 Innovas in the country to rectify the faulty cable on the steering wheel. Toyota introduced the new Camry sedan in the Indian car market in 2012, and later launched the hybrid version of the sedan in 2013. Under the hood is a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder petrol unit that is capable of producing a top power output of 178bhp and a peak torque of 233Nm. The Hybrid model also uses the same engine which is paired to an electric motor. The combined power output of electric and petrol units stand at 202bhp, which is pretty impressive.
