The Delhi Auto Expo is round the corner and the excitement among the car enthusiasts is at its best. This time around, the mega event of the Delhi Auto Expo will be even bigger with a large number of new and exciting cars scheduled to be launched. The most awaited car launches at this show include BMW’s luxury small car series Mini Cooper, Maruti’s first ever Multi Utility Vehicle Ertiga, Hyundai’s Sports Utility Vehicle concept model, new Hyundai Sonata Transform, Ford Eco Sport and Mercedes Benz B Class. All in all, about 60 new car models will be launched / showcased at this show. Today, we are providing you the details of two top car launches at the expo including BMW Mini and Maruti Ertiga.
The first and probably the most awaited car launch at the Expo is BMW’s luxury small car series Mini Cooper. The Mini Cooper model will be launched in the price segment of sub Rs 25 lakh, where it will be competing with the likes of VW Beetle and Mercedes Benz B Class. The car will come powered by a 1.6L engine which is capable of delivering a peak power of 122 bhp.
The second most awaited car launch would be Maruti’s much awaited and first ever multi utility vehicle Ergita, which will be rolled-out in the price range of Rs 6.5 to 9 lakh. The car will be competing with the likes of Chevrolet Tavera, Toyota Innova, Tata Sumo, Mahindra Xylo and Tata Aria. The vehicle will be launched in both petrol and diesel version, powered by a 1.4 litre (petrol) & 1.3 litre (diesel) engines, respectively.
