Japanese can manufacturer Suzuki took the central stage at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show by showcasing three vivid concepts which are a new take on the erstwhile traditions. Among them was a Air Triser super van concept which looks all set for transporting the future beings into space. This compact minivan concept received attention for its retro modern styling and also its practicality.

The major highlight of the Suzuki Air Triser concept is the giant acres of space inside for the occupants to custom arrange the seats depending on the requirement. The seats can be set in to lounge mode where the arrangement takes a U-shape like a typical lounge and if not then can be set into relaxation mode where the seats are made to face each other. Needless to say, the amount of legroom offered is fantastic for all rows.

The taller body and wider construction has made it possible for Suzuki to carve out so much space inside a minivan. It is merely 4200mm long and has a width of 1956mm. The taller height of 1815mm also offers sizeable headroom for taller passengers. In addition to space, this Suzuki concept is also high on technology as it offers the latest in terms of gadgetry. There is a provision to stream multimedia from any smart device directly on to the display extending from the pillar to the ceiling

The Suzuki Air Triser is powered by a four-cylinder 1372cc dual-jet engine along with a hybrid unit. It gets an all wheel drive system and a 5-speed automatic transmission. Just for the reference, the Suzuki Air Triser is shorter in length than the Honda Mobilio and taller and wider than the Toyota Innova. The launch of Suzuki Air Triser production version has not been announced yet.
