India-made world's most affordable car Tata Nano has been a popular choice in the domestic market. The car indeed has the lowest cost of ownership and is ideal for daily city commute. Coimbatore based JA Motorsport, has indeed given the Tata Nano a fresh outlook that is indeed the opposite of what the car stands for.
The Super Nano designed by the Coimbatore team is powered by a bigger 1.3-litre engine that is capable of generating enhanced power output of about 230 HP. The Super Nano is capable of attaining speeds of up to impressive 190 km/hr. To withstand this high speed, the car gets MRF ZLO racing slicks that sits neatly over dark Grey alloy wheels. The headlamps and the taillights have been given a smoked up effect to render it a sports car charm. Safety factor has been taken care of as the vehicle gets a bolt-on roll cage and AP Racing disc brakes on all wheels. To ensure that the car stays atop as a brilliant performer, the designers have indeed kept the weight to power ratio to about 2.6 kg/hp.
Inside the cabin area of the Super Tata Nano, you may come across carbon fibre treatment given on the dashboard, Recaro seats, and steering mounted paddle shifters that does not deliver any lesser feel than a sports car. Owing to impressive sports car performance figures from the vehicle, the vehicle is offered at a prive tag of about Rs. 25 Lakhs.
