Spoiler alerts are something that automobile manufacturers absolutely despise due to obvious reasons and things that happen across the globe help them to further feel bad about what happens. Ducati, the world known bike manufacturer, had selected a handful of fans who would go on to take a glimpse at the firm’s latest model, called the Scrambler, at the 2014 World Ducati Week. Despite mobile devices completely prohibited inside the room in the Misano Circuit, the location of the new bike, a fan managed to sneak in a shutterbug and take a snap of the model and posted it on the Facebook fan page.

Albeit the employees of Ducati were well versed with the new model, which was manufactured at the factory in the Bologna, the exhibition was the first instance when the model was shown to the public. Spy shots of test mules had been taken earlier and the Scrambler, in the photograph, sported the same yellow livery.

According to reports, Ducati Scrambler will be fitted with a 696 cc V-Twin engine that is also used in the Ducati Monster 696. The engine churns an output of around 80.5 bhp along with a torque of 69 Nm in the Monster 696 but changes might be made to suit the new Ducati Scrambler. It is being said that the Ducati Scrambler is going to be displayed globally at the 2014 InterMot, an international motorcycle show that will be held in Cologne in October. Furthermore, Ducati Scrambler will be put on sale in the early part of 2015, only in the European markets.
