Festive season comes as a boon for car makers in India as they witness a surprising boost in their sales figures during this period. Owing to this, almost all companies introduce their new models to gather some limelight across their stands. Heading the bandwagon comes Maruti Suzuki, the leading car manufacturer of India, who has come up with exciting festive season deals. In past, the auto maker offered deals for Onam in Kerela and Ganesh Mahotsav package in Maharashtra and western markets. However, the company has not yet disclosed its deals for Durga Puja and Navratri for the entire country.
Expressing its views on the special packages, the spokesperson of Maruti Suzuki was quoted as saying, "The idea is to 'accessories customers', capitalizing on the new vehicle sales during the festival season starting with Ganesh Chaturthi till Diwali." Industry experts are of a view that along with Maruti Suzuki, almost all auto makers will offer volume pulling deals. To gather the attention at stalls, the companies are anticipated to offer a selection of accessory options, which buyers can fix themselves.
Special schemes on insurance plans are also expected to be introduced by the auto companies. These plans not just reduces the burden while purchasing new cars, but also make them a cost effective affair. Also, special discounts by second hand car sellers like Mahindra First Choice and Maruti True Value are also expected to come soon.
