Mercedes-Benz reveals its show cars for 2016 Paris Motor Show

Starting with the urban-friendly Smart range of cars, there will be an electric version of the four-seater Smart forfour for the first time that will debut in Paris. Mercedes will also reveal a new member of the E-Class family in the form of the E-Class All-Terrain. Like the Audi A6 Allroad, this new model features rugged exterior design cues and perhaps greater ride height.

From the Mercedes-AMG range, there’s GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe which will be powered by a 367bhp 3-litre V6 biturbo engine paired to a 9-speed automatic and AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. A further highlight is the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 – a 2+2-seater that pays homage to the glorious age of the aero coupes and carries this tradition forward into the future. The coupe reinterprets classic design principles and measures almost six metres in length. It’s designed as an electric car with a drive system outputting 750bhp.

Lastly, Mercedes-AMG will expand its GT family with the GT Roadster and GT C Roadster. Both these models will join the standard AMG GT, GT S and the recently introduced hard-core AMG GT R.
