The interiors of the new KUV100 have been spied before its launch on 15th January 2016. The new KUV100 has a similar steering wheel to that on the competition. The KUV100’s centre console is basic in design with the a simple music system, three knobs to control the air-con and the gear-lever mounted on the centre console. The hand brake is old-school style with a lever that needs to be pulled out instead of being pulled up. This will be a 3+3 seating.

The KUV100 is Mahindra’s smallest SUV/crossover that will be launched with an all-new range of petrol and diesel engines called as mFalcon. The petrol is a 1.2-litre engine that churns 82bhp of power and the diesel is also a 1.2-litre that produces 77bhp of power. The KUV100 will even have manual and automated manual transmission (AMT) options.

This new crossover is a five-seater and it will be manufactured in company’s Chakan plant. Mahindra has signed up Varun Dhawan as the brand ambassador for this new crossover. The KUV100 will be the smallest crossover from Mahindra and this will be competing with the Grand i10, Celerio and the new upcoming Zica.
