The city of Lucknow finally gets the new Innova and Fortuner 4x4 trims. The launch indeed coincides with Toyota Innova's successful 10 years run in India. Speaking more on the occasion, a company statement reads as, “Known for its best in class style, space and comfort, the Innova has been the country's undisputed leader in the MPV segment since its launch in 2005.” The new trims are now available across Toyota showroom in Uttrakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
At the launch event Rajiv Sharma, General Manager - Sales Operations, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd said, "The Innova and the Fortuner are two very successful products and both these vehicles are trend setters in the Indian automobile industry. As we begin a new year, we are pleased to launch a new offering, the Fortuner 4X4 Automatic with a lot more premiumness, in line with the ever-changing lifestyle choices and preference of our customers." The company Toyota Kirloskar Motor has standardized front SRS airbags across all its models in the country as part of its safety offering. Commenting more on this, Sharma added, “Safety has always been of utmost importance to us and this has been further reiterated by our efforts to standardize airbags in all our models.”
