After giving a glimpse of new X6 of late, BMW has now officially released first images of the new generation X6 offered with new M Sport package. The new X6 has been bestowed with a punch of freshness in the form of an aerodynamic package; the vehicle has been tuned to offer a tad more power.
M Sport variant of the new X6 vehicle equipped with aerodynamic body kit comprise of new bumper in the front, reworked side skirts and a rear diffuser insert. Other than this, a matte aluminium grille, chrome exhaust tips and body coloured wheel arches are also included. To reinforce the M factor, BMW has also put on offer the Adaptive M suspension and a 19 inch lightweight alloy wheels.
Inside the cabin, the sporty credentials, leather/ Alcantara sport seats, a sport steering wheel and aluminium hexagon trim are also included. Besides these, the package also includes an anthracite roof liner, alloy footrest and M-branded door sill plates.
Powering the new X6 M Sport is the tri-turbocharged 3.0 litre, six-cylinder diesel powertrain that is good for 381 Bhp of top power output along with a peak torque of 740 Nm. The engine enables the vehicle to rush from standstill to 100 kmph within 5.2 seconds and attains a top speed of 250 kmph.
