      Hyundai India introduces 'Hyundai Care' mobile application

      The second largest passenger car maker of India, Hyundai recently launched its official mobile application, named 'Hyundai Care'. The integrated mobile application is available on Android and iOS platforms and Hyundai customers can directly download them from Google Play and App Store of Apple. With this move, the company aims to offer greater customer satisfaction through engaging the use of multimedia applications. In the mobile application, the customers are given all the necessary information regarding the service and support network. From the mobile application, Hyundai customers can easily book service appointments with the registered service centre's of the company.

      Commenting on launch Rakesh Srivastava, the Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing of Hyundai Motor India was quoted as saying, "We have developed Hyundai Care service mobile app to provide features that give real- time benefits to the customer. We feel the Hyundai Care application will allow them to experience Hyundai services in a digitise and exciting new platform. This is another step in leveraging the potential of mobile technology to offer convenience and value to our customers."

      In the Hyundai Care application, users can also provide feedback on the services rendered by the company. Apart from it, they can also synchronise their calenders with the application so as to get reminders of the events. Also to mention, the application gets social network support through the integrated feature of sharing updates and posts on Hyundai India Facebook page and Twitter. Through Hyundai Care application, the company will roll out a number of promotional packages for a selected set of registered users.

      The Hyundai Care application automatically connects through the Internet and the customers of Hyundai just needs to register their vehicles by simply providing all the details of the car, especially its VIN, in order to use the features of the application. Aided by location services, Hyundai Care application gives information about the various dealers of the company located across the different parts of the country. Other features of the app include a Global Positioning System (GPS) enabled trip meter, viewing the service records of the vehicle, charges of spare parts and labour costs. The application also allows the user to avail emergency services and road side assistance initiatives run by Hyundai. The mobile application will assist the customers with all forms of service support, service network, car service calculator and service appointment.
