      Hyosung GT250R launched in India for Rs. 2.76 lakh

      Globally renowned sports bike-maker Hyosung has recently launched the GT 250R for the Indian market at an attractive price tag of Rs.2,76,000 (ex-showroom Pune). Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman DSK Hyosung said, “Popularly known as ‘The Big Boy’, GT 250R has always received an exceptional response from the super-biking community in India.       The GT 250R from Hyosung is powered by 249 cc, four-stroke, V-twin, DOHC, oil-cooled engine. The fuel injected engine is mated to a five speed gearbox and generates about 29.20 PS of maximum power with maximum torque figures of about 22.07 Nm. Maximum body balance has been attained owing to well engineered tubular steel cradle frame. Ride quality is also good with telescopic forks for the front wheel and a monoshock suspension for the rear wheel. For safety, the bike gets 300 mm dual disc brake for the front wheel, whereas the rear wheel is blessed with 230 mm disc brake at the rear wheel.

      Hyosung had recently relaunched the Aquila 250 at a price of Rs. 2.69 lakh. The Hyosung Aquila 250 is powered by oil-cooled DOHC, 8-valve engine. The V twin-cylinder engine generates power of around 26.21 bhp with 21.37 Nm of Torque. The engine is mated with a Five-speed gear box and features 4 valves per cylinder to tackle heating issues. The front wheel has been blessed with hydraulic disc brake, whereas the rear gets a drum brake.       the Hyosung GT 250R is available in shades of Red Titanium, White Titanium and Black Titanium. The bike has also received interesting body graphics that give it a distinctive styling.
