India's bestselling bike-maker has pulled off the curtains over the face-lifted version of the stylish motorbike 'Glamour'. The bike has been launched by Hero MotoCorp in two new variants – regular and FI. The regular Glamour is available in drum and disc variant for about Rs. 53,375, and Rs 55,375 respectively. The FI variant is available in drum and disc variant for about Rs 58,700 and Rs 62,750 respectively. All prices are Ex-showroom Delhi.
The new Hero MotoCorp Glamour is powered by 124.8cc single cylinder, air cooled engine that generates about 9.1 Ps of max power and 10.35 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a four speed gearbox. A smoother ride quality is ensured with the five step adjustable shock absorbers for the rear, whereas the front is blessed with telescopic hydraulic shocks. The engine specification is also shared by the FI version except for the electronic fuel injection system that performs the role of a carburetor.
On the style aspect the new Glamour is available in interesting shades of Red, Black, Silver, black-blue and black-grey. The front is adorned with smart new headlamps and visor, whereas the rear gets a refreshingly new tail lamp. The analogue speedometer has been well combined with digital display that reads out updates on fuel efficiency and fuel gauge. The attractive shades are further complimented with new body graphics.
