Ecosport compact SUV from Ford has been a hotseller across the globe. This time around Ford as a treat to its Japanese patrons has launched the new limited edition Ecosport in the country. The company has limited the special edition to only about 70 units and shall be offered in shade of bright yellow. The new limited edition has been launched in Japan for 2,530,000 Yen (INR 13.32 lakhs).
The new trim shall be available in Titanium variant that features dual airbags, EBD, ABS, ESP and Traction control system. As for the interiors, the vehicle shall feature 6-speaker entertainment system that also gets Ford SYNC support. The special edition also gets leather seats as a standard feature. Powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine it generates about 110 hp of power at 6,300 rpm and 140 Nm of torque at about 4,400 rpm.
Speaking on dimensions, the limited edition of Ford Ecosport measures about 4,195 mm in length, 1,655mm in height and about 1,765 mm in width. As the vehicle is offered as a limited edition trim, customers gets an opportunity to pick ORVMs in a variety of color choices along with rear-wheel covers that is also available in contrasting colours.
