Pune based auto maker, Force Motors has commenced deliveries of Force One LX variant effective today. The newly introduced variant of the SUV is priced at Rs 13.98 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Force Motors forayed into the passenger vehicle segment three years ago with the One SUV that opened to lukewarm response. Two after its debut in the domestic market the auto maker rolled out two new variants christened EX and SX. Force Motors is offering the new LX trim in seven seat layout only.
On the feature front, LX is equipped with similar features as seen on the SX trim like the projector head lights with day time running lights and alloy wheels on the exterior front. Inside the cabin , LX variant gets leather upholstery and a 2-DIN music system with Bluetooth borrowed from the SX trim. Among the preeminent safety features, Anti Lock Braking System with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution is offered.
Force One LX comes with four wheel drive system with electronic shift that permits the driver to swap between two wheel drive and four wheel drive even if the vehicle is running. Mechanically, the LX trim is no different from the other trims in the SUV’s line-up. A 2.2 litre turbocharged diesel powerplant powers the new LX trim, the engine is capable of belting out a peak power of 139 Bhp and a top torque of 321 Nm. A five-speed manual gearbox coupled to a Dual Mass Flywheel is mated to the diesel motor.
