General Motors is coming up with crossover vehicle Chevrolet Cruze on October 12. In line with its earlier promises, this is one model which has got everyone excited in the auto industry as well as the customers. The new Cruze carries sharp design features that are defined by Chevrolet as “All Muscle, All Soul, All New.” A teaser website is up from General Motors India and customers can submit their request for a test driver here. Customers need to submit their contact details along with preferred date of taking a test drive.
The new Chevrolet Cruze is powered by 2.0 litre VCDi engine that comes with 150 bhp power and is said to have an impressive acceleration. Interiors are quite comfortable with cool features but the rear seat passenger seating looks a little cramped. However, the overall looks of the car are quite sporty and cast a European style.
It will be pitted against Honda Civic, VW Jetta and Skoda Octavia. It is expected to be priced in a range of Rs. 12-14 lakh. The model will be available in blue, red, white, grey and silver colour in India. More details about the model will be available only upon launch.
