Some time back, Bajaj had shocked the world with the new Bajaj Pulsar AS200 adventure bike and now the images of Boxer Cafe Racer have surfaced on the internet with the same expectations. Though this modification has been carried out by a motor enthusiast from Turkey, the Boxer Café seems to be an interesting modification.
It must be noted that this new model does not look like an ordinary update, and according to the industry experts, it has been done really well. Sources close to the development process claim that this cafe racer is powered by the same 144.8 cc mono-cylinder engine which churns out a maximum power of 12 bhp with a peak torque of 12 Nm.
Bajaj Boxer was discontinued in India few years back, though it was immensely successful as a workhorse motorcycle. Definitely, the rural population had a special place for this motorcycle, but Bajaj suddenly decided to stop the production with a declining demand. There are rumours though, that the Pune-based manufacturer might as well launch the bike in a new avatar. It might be re-launched with the same specifications and features. Experts believe that if the Boxer Cafe Racer makes an entry in the Indian market, it will be a hit among enthusiasts.
