Adrian Hallmark, Jaguar Global Brand Director, said, "Both the C-X75 and C-X16 won best-in-show awards following their global debuts, and we're proud to introduce these exciting concepts to the Indian market here at the New Delhi Auto Show.”

During May 2011, in view of the positive response received from the public, the company decided to go ahead with C-X75 concept and transform it into a production model. The C-X75 is expected to race past every rival and become the most preferred, exclusive, groundbreaking and innovative super car in the world, Hallmark said.

According to Jaguar Global Brand Director, C-X16 coupe has also been accepted by a wide range of people after its debut in Frankfurt in September 2011. The fact that the coupe defines Jaguar's future sports car design theme in the best possible way, the company foresees a number of laurels coming its way in the coming time.

Other than the C-X75 and C-X16 concepts, Jaguar has displayed the XF, XJ and XK models at its stand. The XK model has come up in the XKR-S form, which is the high-end variant of the flagship model and delivers a power of 542 hp, along with maximum speed of 299 kmph. This latest model claims to be the most powerful vehicle ever produced by Jaguar. The XKR-S was recently adjudged as '2011 Sports Car of the year' by the renowned German magazine Autobild Sportscars. It must be noted that since their entry in the market, XF and XJ models have won 200 global awards.
