Interior and features

The Skoda compact SUV will be a five-seater model and is expected to measure 3.99 metres with a wheelbase of around 2.6 metres. It will get features like dual digital displays, climate control with rear vents, height adjustment for the driver, connected car technology, and an LED light package.

Engine and specifications

We expect the Skoda compact SUV to be offered with the group’s 1.0-litre TSI petrol that produces 114bhp/178Nm and can be had with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter AT.

Safety

The Skoda compact SUV has not been subjected to a GNCAP crash test as it has not been launched in the market.

Rivals

The SUV is expected to be priced in the range of Rs. 8 lakh to Rs. 14 lakh and will take on the Maruti Brezza, Maruti Fronx, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Kia Sonet, and the Hyundai Venue.
