Volkswagen India has inaugurated another 'Express Service Facility' in Gurgaon. The manufacturer began with this service recently at Coimbatore.
Under the 'Express Service Facility', the company plans to service VW cars at a faster rate. Volkswagen Gurgaon is the second dealership to get this after-sales service and gets 29 bays for its operations. All kinds of mechanical and body repair work can be carried out here in a shorter span of time. More than 1,600 vehicles will be serviced a month through this dealership alone.
The manufacturer aims to service more cars in less time and aims to expand this facility across different cities in India. Volkswagen India's after-sales services have not been up to the mark and the company plans to improve this with such initiatives. Hopefully, with the betterment in operations, customers will be able to benefit from these optimized services and get their cars serviced without having to wait for long.
