Bajaj Pulsar 150, one of the most commonly sited bikes in the country is due for launch with a fresh appeal sometime soon. Since its presence in the country for over a decade now, the Pulsar line-up has received many upgrades and facelifts, almost every alternate year. Recently, news had also been doing rounds that Bajaj may usher in the latest NS 150 variant in the country sometime soon. Till date the NS styling has only been carried by the 200 variant. This time around Bajaj intends on rendering the naked design design to the Pulsar 150 variant as well. Moreover on numerous occasions, the Pulsar 150 NS has been spotted undergoing tests on Indian roads.

For now, detailed engine specification for the upcoming Pulsar 150 NS is not known for now but it is believed that the new Pulsar 150 NS may be powered by 149 cc engine that generates about 15.06PS of power at 9000 Rpm and 12.5 Nm of peak torque at about 6500 RPM. The fairly powered engine is mated to five speed gearbox just like its previous variants. As seen on spy shots, the upcoming Pulsar 150 NS featured an embossing on the engine that reads as triple-spark tech, thereby suggesting an engine upgrade on the new Pulsar 150 NS. The bike has retained the kick start and electric start pattern to maintain the convenience.

Sources have also hinted a possibility of 180 Pulsar being launched in a similar avatar. It is said that designing cues for Pulsar 150 NS have been borrowed from its 200 NS sibling and is stated to share some common components like the foot pegs, alloy wheels, swing-arm, crash guards, clip on handlebar, instrument cluster and turn indicators. The pillion foot rest seems to be borrowed from the Pulsar 135 LS variant. Bajaj chooses to be tight lipped about the fresh launch for now and may be talk about in detail during an official launch of the motorcycle sometime later in the country. Post launch, this bike is likely to further boost the Pulsar's sales in the country.
