Japanese car maker Toyota’s Indian subsidiary will be organizing a Monsoon Car Camp at the firm’s dealerships all across the country. This month-long camp is going to be held from 1st to 31st July and the company hopes to strengthen its customer base through this activity along with making monsoons drive-okay for its customers. All owners of Toyota cars will be invited to get their cars to dealerships near their places and a Free Mechare treatment, which is worth Rs. 400, will be provided to them.
The company will also conduct a health checkup for the vehicle and have chances of winning gifts from Tata Green battery. Parts of the car that will be checked by Toyota India include AC, battery, electrical setup, under body and vehicle condition. Also, these checkups will be provided free of cost by Toyota India. Parts and labour charges will be offered at special prices to customers.
Mechanics and experts at Toyota India will also be making a thorough checkup of the engine, brake, washer motor operation, clutch, windshield wiper blade, transmission and steering. General cleaning of the service is also expected to be included along with inspection of possible leaks.
Toyota has been performing well in the Indian market for a long time now and its relationship with its customers has been at the foot of all this. Providing a service like monsoon checkup is an excellent step by Toyota and it is likely to help the firm in gaining trust from customers.
