As for the international market, a 1.5-litre petrol engine may be offered that could also make it to Indian markets sometime later. To begin with Maruti expects to sell around 10.000 units in the country every month.
The Ameo compact sedan from Volkswagen is all set for launch tomorrow in India. Anticipated to be priced around 5-7 lakh the vehicle would be offered in petrol and diesel engine options.
