Japanese bike-maker has finally started to accept bookings for the Let's scooter which was showcased a while ago during one of the prominent auto event in the country. Suzuki Access has been quite popular in the scooter segment for quite a while now. In order to further penetrate the market and gain a strong footing, the Japanese scooter-maker has launched the Let's scooter which shall priced well under Rs. 45,000. The scooter is expected to reach dealership outlets by first week of May.
The Let's scooter from Suzuki is powered by 110 cc, 4-stroke, air cooled, 1-cylinder SOHC 2 valve engine that generates about 8.7 Hp of power at 7,500 Rpm and 9.0 Nm of torque at 5500 Rpm. The engine has been mated to a CVT gearbox. Comfortable ride quality is ensured with telescopic fork suspension for the front, whereas the rear gets a monoshock. Tubeless tyres come as a standard offering in this scooter.
On the exterior front, the Let's scooter from Suzuki carries sharp yet sober appeal. The scooter is placed in straight line of competition with the Honda's topeseller Activa scooter. The scooter shall feature 'Suzuki Eco Performance' technology that is capable of delivering a better economy without compromising on the performance aspect. Suzuki Let's shall be available in five interesting shades like – White, Silver, Red and Black.
