The journey, according to a report from Autocar India, the riders commenced their journey from the North Indian city of Chandigarh and passed through the popular riding route after Manali, beginning with Rohtang pass at 13060 feet. After that they travelled on the rugged Himalayan terrain and reached Khardung La, in proximity to Leh, standing at 18380 feet. The group then went to the Zoji La Pass, which stands at around 11575 feet.

Interestingly there was a backup vehicle that kept moving with the group and possessed things like clutch cables and wires along with a technical engineer, thereby ensuring that the riders did not face any difficulties while going ahead. Finally, after 14 days of heavy riding, HOGs reached Srinagar, brining end to a challenging, adverse and satisfying time period.
