Porsche has been testing the 718 Cayman GT4 RS for a while now. Based on the GT4, the RS will be a better performing coupe, something which enthusiasts have been looking forward to for a while. Ahead of its official debut on a later date, we have rendered the 718 Cayman GT4 RS ahead of its official unveiling.

The upcoming Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS gets new styling cues. The front appears to be wider than the regular GT4, as it gets wider vents and bigger intakes. The bumpers have been redesigned for freshness and it also gets new bi-xenon headlamps this time around. As for the sides, the production version is also expected to get wider wheel arches and sporty side skirts. The upcoming vehicle is also expected to get a new mirror design along with a new alloy wheel design. The rear is expected to be adorned with LED tail lamps and four-point brake lights.

Engine details are not available for now and it is believed that the vehicle might either get an updated version of the 3.8-litre engine or either the detuned 4.0-litre from the 911 GT3 RS. The vehicle is expected to generate anything between 420-450bhp. As for the interior, the vehicle is expected to get premium upholstery in leather and Alcantara, along with an updated instrument cluster. The new model is also expected to get Apple CarPlay and Porsche Car Connect in an updated infotainment system.
