New avatar of Honda’s B segment hatchback, Jazz has been launched in Indonesia at a starting price of 199 million Rupiah (Rs 9.90 lakh) while the high end version is available for 248 million rupiah (Rs 12.34 lakh). PT Honda Prospect Motor has rolled out five trims of new Jazz in both manual and automatic transmissions including MT RS, RS AT CVT, S MT, S AT and A MT. In India the hatchback is expected to arrive by 2015, we expect that the Indonesia spec model will share some resemblance with the India bound model. Here are the details of the new Jazz range available for sale in Indonesia.
Jazz’s successor has been bestowed with several cosmetic upgrades, additional features and tweaks rendering the hatchback a rejuvenated appeal. Among the additional features in the new generation Jazz Dual SRS airbag, alarm, tilt adjustable steering and ISOFIX seat are being offered are standard in the basic trim. The basic version is devoid of the alloy wheels and sports steel wheels. Jazz’s mid level trim has been embedded with high mounted stop lamp, racing wheels, piano black front grille with chrome surrounds and racing wheels. Side profile gets ORVMs with integrated turn signals. Inside the cabin, a double din head unit, power steering with tilt and telescopic adjustable function, speedometer with MID, electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs have been equipped.
The top-of-the-line variant features projection head lamps with automatic levelling function, LED daytime running lights, aerodynamic kit and RS badge.

Being the top spec trim, Honda has bestowed RS Sports with 16 inch alloy wheels. Other additions made to the high end model include paddle shifters for the CVT trim, touchscreen head unit, cruise control, buttons mounted on steering wheel to control cruise and music, keyless entry with push start/stop button, leather wrapped steering , hand brake leveler and gearshift knob.
New generation Honda Jazz is available in seven colour options- Crystal Black Pearl, Alabaster Silver Metallic, Attract Yellow Pearl, Modern Steel, White Orchid Pearl, Brilliant Blue Metallic Sporty and Rallye Red.
