German carmaker Audi has withheld its global impression for delivering cars that are loaded interesting features, uncompromising quality and safety. In India, much like Mercedes Benz, the brand Audi has also been quite popular among upmarket car buyers in the country. To appease its fan following in India, Audi has launched the tweaked version of its popular Q7 variants namely Premium, Premium Plus and Technology, now comes loaded with standard features likes reverse parking guidance system, panoramic sunroof and air suspension.
With the new technology in place the prices have also been raised by the German carmaker for its refreshingly new Q7. As per the new pricing, the 3.0 TDI Premium variant has been hiked by Rs 4.2 lakh, 3.0 TDI Premium Plus variant is pricier by Rs 4.32 and the 3.0 litre Technology variant cost has been hiked by Rs 7.58 lakhs. The entry level 3.0 litre TDI engine is capable of generating a maximum power output of about 240 Bhp along with peak torque of 550 Nm. Whereas, the top end version powered by 4.2 litre TDI engine generates a maximum power output of about 335 Bhp with a peak torque output figure of about 800 Nm.
The new Audi Q7 fleet gets Sport Line Body Kit that includes interesting features like restyled front and rear bumpers, along with side skirts and 10 spoke wheels. The 19 inch alloy wheels is also available across the Premium Plus and Technology variants. Both the engines configurations are mated to all wheel drive system and the engines are tuned to perform with eight-speed automatic transmission. The new Audi Q7 is expected to continue the Audi strong brand history and goodwill in Indian automotive industry.
