Mahindra and Mahindra has introduced the lower T4 plus and T6 plus variants of the TUV300 with a powerful mHawk 100 engine. The TUV300 T4+ and T6+ variants are priced at Rs 8.02 lakhs and Rs 8.59 lakhs respectively.
The new mHawk 100 diesel engine is more powerful than the mHawk 80 mill that powered the TUV300 when launched. The mHawk 100 mill that produces 100bhp of power and 240Nm of torque was first introduced in the top-end T8 trims in May 2016. Now, it has made its way into the lower versions and replaced the mHawk 80 engine that produced 84bhp of power and 230Nm of torque.
The features and equipment remain unchanged in the TUV300. Mahindra is yet to confirm if the base T4 and T6 variants will get this upgrade or continue with the mHawk 80 engine. Otherwise, the other trims including T4+, T6+, T8, T8 AMT, T10 and T10 AMT versions will be powered by the mHawk 100 engine and will be available across Mahindra dealerships pan India from today.
