Tough times does not seem to end for Hindustan Motors in the country. Recently four top offcials from the company have resigned from the company for unknown reasons - Mr. Kranti Sinha, Director of the Company, Mr. Uttam Bose, Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Yogesh Goenka, Chief Financial Officer and a Company Secretary.
As per a fresh filing Mr. Uttam Bose has been appointed as Additional Director of the company, Mr. Moloy Chowdhury has been appointed as company’s Manager and also designated as the Chief Executive Officer for two years. Mr. Chowdhury has worked with HM in past too and has been in charge of Uttarpara plant. Mr. Aniruddha Sarkar has been designated as CFO and Legal Head. Mr. Tarun Kabra has been appointed as Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer.
As per sources the company has also been working on hiring external consultants to chalk-out a proper plan and give out a solution for a crisis situation in Uttarpara plant based in West Bengal. The move is undertaken with a sole aim to developing the business and pull out the brand from making losses. The fresh move may also bring in fresh strategic investors for the company.
