      Formula 1 season 2012 more racier than ever

      Sebastian Vettel’s performance was the main highlight during the Formula One 2011 and so was his team Red Bull Racing Renault. The year 2011 will be remembered for many reasons and one among them is the inaugural Indian Grand Prix that took place in Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida. Moreover, car clashes between British driver, Lewis Hamilton and Felipe Massa at four different events was also the highlight of this year’s F1.

      Though F1 season has ended this year, the fans have already started gearing up for 2012. With 20 races scheduled for the upcoming year, it would be interesting to see which driver will take the lead and grab maximum points for his team. The foremost race of 2012 will commence in the month of March. The Formula One will kick start with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne from 16th – 18th March. Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix, Kuala Lumpur would be hosting the 2nd race of the season from 23rd – 25th March. The 3rd race will start from 13th April at UBS Chinese Grand Prix, Shanghai.

      Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, Sakhir will host the 4th race from 20th – 22nd April. From Asia Pacific, F1 will travel to Europe for its 5th race at Gran Premio De Espana Santander, Catalunya from 11th – 13th May. The 6th race will set-off on 24th May at Grand Prix De Monaco, Monte Carlo. Montreal, Canada will be hosting the 7th race of the season from 8th – 10th June.

      With a break of 11 days, the next event will take F1 back to Valencia, Spain for Grand Prix of Europe where the race will commence from 22nd June. Next stop is Santander British Grand Prix, Silverstone, where the race will start from 6th July 2012. Hockenheim, Germany is gearing up to organize the 10th race from 20th – 22nd July 2011.

      For the 11th race, F1 will head towards Budapest, Hungary that would host the proceedings from 27th July. After a month’s break, drivers will return for the 12th race at Shell Belgian Grand Prix on 31stAugust 2012. The next race is scheduled for 7th September at Gran Premio Santander D’Italia. From Europe, F1 will travel back to Asia for the 14th race event that takes place on 21st September at SingTel Singapore Grand Prix. The Japanese and Korean Grand Prix are next in line, with races on 5th October and 12th October respectively.

      India will host its second F1 race at the Buddh International Circuit from 26th– 28th October 2012. The F1 race will kick start in November with Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in Yas Marina. The 19th race that is scheduled for 16th November, will take F1 drivers to North America for the United States Grand Prix.

      The last race of the 2012 will commence from 25th November in Sao Paulo Brazil and with that the F1 fans may see the new champion of the season. With talented and young drivers making their way to F1, the world may witness a new and unexpected champion in 2012.
