Fiat Spa is back with a new Uno in the international market. The latest model with Ecology concept has been launched in Brazil by Fiat. Fiat has officially released the pictures and details of its latest mini. The car will be available in the market for sales by second half of this year. Fit Uno was initially sold by fiat in India in 1990’s but later it was discontinued with the launch of Fiat Palio. Now the Fiat Palio is being phased out as it is not compliant with the new emission norms. Fiat has launched Fiat Grand Punto as its latest small car in the market.

The new Fiat Uno in the international market is named as “Uno Ecology.” It is the latest green car from Fiat that uses renewable materials, has reduced emissions and improved fuel economy. Fiat has not revealed complete details of the car but is expected to be powered by a modified version of the standard car’s 1.0-liter flex-fuel gasoline engine, equipped with Fiat’s stop-start technology.

The new Uno measures 3,770 mm long, 1,643 mm wide and 1,490 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,370 mm. The car thus slots in between Panda and Grande Punto in terms of size. It offers a boot space of 280 litres. Fiat plans to sell and produce the new Uno in Europe and Russia as well. There is no news so far about the model coming to India.
