German speedster Sebastian Vettel claimed his fourth F1 World Championship by winning the 2013 Indian Grand Prix. The 26-year-old Red Bull Racing driver, by winning at the Buddh International Circuit, became the third man in the history of Formula One to win four consecutive world titles. Veteran racers Juan Manuel Fangio and Michael Schumacher are the other two who have achieved a similar feat. Vettel put up a commendable show at the recent racing event, which evoked emotions bountiful from the boisterous crowd. The Indian spectators were all praises for his stupendous skills behind the wheels. Sebastian Vettel, who has often been compared to Michael Schumacher and called 'Baby Schumi' famously, has proved that he is here to stand-out and not be the shadow of his compatriot.

Having said all this, it would be rhetorical to mention that Sebastian Vettel has a deep passion for cars. Both him and Michael Schumacher are amongst the few in the world to own an enviable collection of cars. Or it can be said that this is one of the perks of being a star racer as he earns a lot of money in the form of salary and endorsements. He is the proud owner of Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black series model, which is counted among the most stylish cars today. Such is his stardom that Infiniti, Nissan's luxury division, launched a model in his name, called the FX Vettel Edition. Few other cars possessed by him are T5 Van from German brand Volkswagen, Fiat 500 and a BMW model.

The German has often been talked about for giving his racing cars unique names. The recent one to earn the moniker 'Hungry Heidi' is RB9, as mentioned on his personal website. Apart from his long list of luxury cars, Vettel's penchant for uniquely designed helmets is one of his other notable passions.

Vettel joined Red Bull Racing, an Austrian team, in the year 2009 and since then, has risen like a star in the racing arena. Today, he is listed as the F1 World Champion, following his fourth victory after the successive wins in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Since his professional emergence, the driver has retained adoration of his fans, who hail from his native country as well as around the world. His love for cars is truly evident from the fact that Sebastian began his racing career at the age of eight. Since then, he has transformed tremendously to become one of the greatest in the history of motor sports. He has often expressed his desire to race for Ferrari although Red Bull Racing is of the view that as long as they supply a competitive car, Sebastian is here to stay with them for long.

Things have not been easy for the German outside the racing circuit as he has not got the kind of reception he deserves. A lot of experts in the Formula One racing circuit do not rate him as high as some of the all-time greats, such as Juan Manuel Fangio, Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna. Die-hard fans of Vettel feel that he should get credit for what he has achieved at such a young age. Despite not being so popular among traditional Formula One fans, Vettel is deeply respected by his contemporaries like Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton.
