The EICMA show is a place where most popular manufacturers around the world display their skills of manufacturing motorcycles. In this year’s edition, Scrambler from Ducati won the award for the most beautiful bike. This decision was taken by considering almost 43 per cent of the 10000 fans’ opinions. This event was organized by Motociclismo, an Italian magazine. This survey was conducted in the form of a visitor’s form or on the website. Ducati Scrambler merged as the most favoured choice for this criterion, both on the basis of online as well as offline opinions. The next best was received almost one-third of the number of votes received by Scrambler.
During the Milan show, it was almost evident that Ducati Scrambler would emerge as the favourite. Its stand received thousands of fans, who had come from around the world. The speciality of the Ducati Scrambler is that it will feature a number of bikes for bikers of all ages and all generation, thus leading to customisation according to personal choices and preferences. Apart from its gorgeous looks, the Scrambler boasts of an impeccable performance, as well. The bike weighs 170 kilograms, when dry and runs on an 803 cc air-cooled twin cylinder. It churns out a maximum of 75hp of power, with a seat height of just 790 mm. It is expected that the Ducati dealerships will receive this bike by 2015 end. Also, the bike comes in attractive colours of yellow, red and wild green.
