The company would be displaying its varied range of futuristic technologies that will give much regard to environment, security, comfort and convenience.
Yasushi Nei, Chairman of DENSO International India Private Limited and DENSO's Executive Director, said, "We regard India as one of the most important market with high growth potential, and we are expanding our business in the country. The company has decided to increase production capacity and to establish a technical centre to begin developing products in the region and for the region. Now, DENSO has decided to participate in Auto Expo 2012, which is the largest motor show in the country, to publicize its technical strengths in India."
The Resonance 2021, a cockpit simulator, is among the various technologies that will be showcased by DENSO. The set-up that has been built exclusively for the 2021 automobile will provide a glimpse of the future interconnection between people and vehicle. The productive link will aid in enhancing the safety and comfort quotient to make each ride a convenient one.
Keeping in mind the responsibility one has regarding the environment, the exhibits of DENSO are said to have improved fuel efficiency. For this purpose, diesel common rail systems, along with starters for stop and start systems will play a pivotal role in meeting the emission norms for future vehicles in India. DENSO will also include safety-related features like a full-colour, full-screen TFT liquid crystal instrumental cluster along with night-view system which would spot pedestrians and other obstacles, thereby averting unfortunate incidents.
The air conditioning system of DENSO is assimilated with an ejector. DENSO product range also comprises a remote touch controller that is meant to operate the car navigation system with much ease. DENSO has long-term plans to take part in large-scale auto shows world over for the purpose of carving a niche for itself and creating much needed understanding among buyers.
Thus, automotive suppliers like DENSO are expected to actively participate in the upcoming auto shows that serve as a medium to communicate with general public and display their offerings.
