Excentric Libyan director Muammar Gadaffi has received delivery of his custom built car. The Saroukh el-Jamahiriya - The Libyan Rocket - was designed and developed by the Colonel himself and was presented yesterday.
The car, which has been built in honour of the Gadaffi's 40 year Government anniversary, weighs almost 2,000 KG and has a 230 PS engine. It comes in various colours, included Libyan Revolutionary Green.
Dubbed as the safest car in the world, the car has an inbuilt electronic defense system and is filled with airbags. Apparently, Mr Gadaffi designed the car "thinking of ways to preserve human life all over the world". Well, that's a noble thought from the dictator, not?
The car would be commercialized and deliveries will start soon.
