The accident took place close to the HL College of Commerce six roads when Jignesh, a resident of the Jivraj Park area of Ahmedabad was returning from HL College after finishing his presentation. While crossing the road near the police chowki, he failed to notice a loading auto approaching from St. Xavier's College side. Eventually, his speeding car collided into the front part of the auto, throwing the auto driver out of his vehicle.
