In order to regain its lost market share in the luxury car segment, BMW India has announced a lucrative offer on its popular premium hatchback - the 1 Series. Launched in 2013, the BMW 1 Series failed to generate volumes for the German maker. To further enhance its sales, BMW Financial Services has introduced an exciting offer under which buyers can purchase the hatchback for just Rs. 555 per day. That said, the offer is valid for a limited period only.
Talking about the EMI scheme, a consumer needs to pay a down payment amount of Rs. 8-10 lakh. This is a seven year’s EMI Scheme for which the buyer will have to pay Rs. 555 per day for 11 months and Rs. 1.5 lakh every 12th month.
The BMW 1 Series is available in both petrol and diesel fuel options, and this scheme is offered on all the variants of the hatch. Its gasoline model is propelled by a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder unit that produces 136bhp of top power and 220Nm of torque. The oil burner is the 2.0-litre motor that is good for 143bhp and 320Nm of peak torque. Available in four variants, the BMW 1 Series hatchback prices starts at Rs. 22.6 lakh and goes up to Rs. 32.5 lakh for top-end model, ex-showroom Delhi.
