      Bentley Motors records 25 per cent growth in its global sales for September 2012

      Bentley Motors, the well known British auto maker, has reported a surge of 25 per cent in its worldwide sales for the month of September 2012. The auto maker delivered 5969 units during the period against 4759 vehicles sold in the corresponding month of last year. Reportedly, a major demand for the brand was seen from the Chinese auto market, wherein the company sold 1,525 units with a growth of 26 per cent under the review of year ago period sales.

      The demand for the brand was mainly driven by its recently launched models, including Continental GT and GTC V8. Apart from these two models, the buyers also responded well to the Mulsanne whose sales increased by 15 per cent, whereas the demand for Flying Spur witnessed a 5 per cent boost. Besides China, sales of the company were increased in Europe, UK and the US.

      In European market, the sales of Bentley Motors witnessed a growth of 20 per cent, whereas in UK the demand increased by 10 per cent. With a lucrative month, the car maker is planning to move ahead with a positive outlook. The company is planning to launch a new GT Speed model before the end of October, which is expected to further increase the sales of the company.
