Pune based automobile company Force Motors displayed the 4x2 and 4x4 variants of their premium SUV, the Auto Expo held at New Delhi. The Force Motors pavilion had Mr.Prasan Firodia, MD Force Motors answering all the queries related to the Force One SUV. Mr. Abhay Firodia, Chairman Force Motors and self claimed “Van’s Specialist” was present too but only to answer anything and everything about the Traveller vans.
The Force One SUV fits in the Rs.10 lakhs bracket. Mahindra XUV500 is the leader at present in the very same segment. We asked Mr.Prasan Firodia on the different methods and strategies Force Motors will use to enhance their presence. He states that Force Motors will get more aggressive by increasing the number of dealers in tier-II cities as well as investing more on the production capacities. The new and different variants have been launched to offer the customers more choices and options.
The Force One SUV, though not a very popular vehicle in this category, still doesn’t disappoint completely with the package it offers. It’s sold as the Guandong Foday Explorer III in China. The exterior looks massive especially with those 235/70 R16 Tubeless tyres. The interior finishing is decent and is very much in level with what Tata Safari and its likes offer. We will soon do a detailed review on it to find out its real "Force".
