Aston Martin cars have been known their unique style quotient, performance and loads of creaturely comforts. Making a note of growing demand for premium luxury cars in India, the British luxury sports carmaker Aston Martin has revealed that it will launch one new super luxury car in the Indian market every year.

Aston Martin claims to have been satisfied with its performance in India. However, in last three years the sales were slow, which the company believes will improve with the recently launched DB11. The automaker has already received about 5-6 bookings for the DB11 in the country, which is expected to increase in the coming months. Reports indicate that the luxury carmaker has sold about 70 cars in India in last four years as compared to other luxury carmakers who have sold about 30-35 units.

Gaurav Parikh, Marketing Manager of Performance Cars, points out that the Aston Brand has two unique qualities – adaptability and fits all age group. He claims that Aston Martin cars are perfectly suited for Indian road conditions and can be used as an everyday vehicle. Adding further Parikh states, “Going by the pre-owned super luxury car market, owners of other super luxury brands drive the vehicle for about 2,000-3,000 km and sell it after three years. But for us, we have only two or three owners who are willing to sell the car. Most of our cars in India have done 7,000-10,000 km.”

Until now, the Rapide has been the highest selling model for the British luxury sports carmaker in the country. The newly launched DB11 is expected to be new hotseller as internationally too, it has accumulated about 2,000 bookings on the launch day itself. More details on the future lineup will be known in the coming days.
