With an aim of providing affordable repair facilities for all vehicles under one roof, MyTVS inaugurated its multi brand car service outlet in Subhanpuira, Gujarat on 26th December 2012. The opening of this outlet was inaugurated by Maharaja Samarjitsinh Gaekwad. This facility would be available for all vehicles that have crossed their warranty periods. The facility is located over an area of 35,000 square feet and makes use of modern equipment and technology.
As an inaugural offer, MyTVS is providing its customers with complete car wash services at Rs. 199 and car service packages beginning at Rs. 599. Different state-of-the-art technologies such as pneumatic tools, paint booth with capacity to paint the entire vehicle and a state-of-the-art body shop for external repair of a vehicle. Repair of up to 70 cars a day can be handled by this unit.
Commenting on the inauguration, R. Srivatchan, President, TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd. said, “We are delighted to inaugurate our first facility today in Gujarat, which has many special and world class equipment to serve the customers better. Gujarat is a very important market for MyTVS and is key to our growth expansion plans. This expansion helps us to serve larger customers and importantly closer to their place of convenience. We have doubled our number of outlets in the last one year and we would continue to be aggressive in expanding our network by 12 to 15 outlets in various cities of Gujarat by 2015.”
The shop will be open from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. It will also provide credit card loans for eligible customers, in order to meet repair expenses, without any service charges on credit card usage.
