The global warming leads to an increase in temperature across the world, which causes serious damage to both humans and machines. If you have ever parked your car in the sun or a warm day, then you surely know how fast the interior’s temperature raises to fiery levels.

In order to keep your car's temperature normal and protect it from harmful UV rays, car component makers offer different car interior accessories including heat shield or sun shades for car. A heat shield is basically designed to shield your car from absorbing excessive heat from sun/outside source by reflecting, dissipating or absorbing the heat. Moreover, heat shields are also used on most engines to protect components and body from heat damage. The internal combustion engines emit large amounts of heat, which might affect the overall performance of the car. Effective heat shields can further enhance the performance by reducing the under-bonnet temperature, which later cut-down the intake temperature. The sun’s UV rays can cause fading, drying, and cracking of the car interior finishes. With heat shields you can block Sun rays, and save your car's interior from getting damaged.

While heats shields are used for protecting your car from sun rays, windshields protect the vehicle’s occupants from wind and flying debris including dust, rocks and insects. The windshield also offers an aerodynamically formed window towards the front. Most windshields have UV coating to avoid harmful ultraviolet radiation. The modern generation windshields are made of laminated safety glass. A plastic layer is laminated between the two curved sheets of glass, to provide safety, which are bonded into the window frame.

People who are interested in buying these car accessories in India like windshield and head shields can buy them through various online stores or directly from aftermarket places.
