A horrible experience after buying a V W Vento car . Never come across unprofessional persons in auto industry . The service after sale is horrible . the customer care head is least concerned about customers concerns . The personals in this company

This has reference to a call received from Ms Madhura this morning . She has been explained about the concerns I have raised in my mail in details . It is a matter of great concern , the Top Auto major of international repute has deliberately ignored the concern brought in their notice . The fault in the car has put our life's in great fire risk while driving on Road . Please respond and address the concern to our satisfaction .

Dear volkswagen officer in charge ,

I am proud owner of Vento Highline Diesel which I purchased from Volkswagen South Delhi ( Bhasin Motors )about seven months ago and this car has done only 5400 Kms. A massive Fuel leakage occurred while driving back to my home in the evening on 7th Aug 2012. The leakage was so intense that before it was noticed realized and informed by fellow motorists already10/15liters had leaked out . Luckily no untoward incident took place though it was a potential Fire Hazard .
Some how under these conditions I managed to reach my house and got in touch with Helpline at around05.30 PM................ And I was told the assistance can only be made available after around10 PMin night due to entry restrictions by traffic police and the car will be taken to Volkswagen Metropolitan worksop. Upon our request to transfer the car to Bhasin Motors we were told the basin motors Workshop was non operative contrary to the fact that workshop was very much in operation as learnt from G M of Bhasin Motors work shop at Mohan Cooperative Sarita vihar. We had to approach at highest level of crane services operator to prevail upon them to take car to Bhasin Motors only at odd hour of night . And next day the Repairs also took place at this workshop only .

I would like to understand from you that if the car had broken down in the middle of a busy road during the day then even in that case was I supposed to wait along my car until10 PM, I strongly belive that the crane service has most likely tried to mislead for their unscrupulous stakes.
Further and most important; I have been given to understand that the problem was prevalent in fuel filter of a particular batch of cars produced at the plant which has been rectified in the newer model. In that case was the company waiting for their customers to face accidents or mishaps on the road. It could really have been fatal if the leakage was not noticed timely. Why can't a company like Volkswagen follow policies and procedures that it follows internationally? Why cant we have prompt action from the company as far as recall is concerned? what about the mental harassment and damages that I had to suffer because of the company's serious neglect?
Would request you to revert on the above and kindly check if there is anything else that needs to be replaced in particular.
