Toyota is the largest car maker in the world by sales. Toyota primarily offers two models worldwide under the Corolla brand name – one is a hatchback and another is a sedan. So far Toyota has not been able to make a mark in the country with its sedans due to presence of Honda Civic and City. These two models from the rival companies have over shadowed its presence in the country. Toyota sold on 40,000 units of Corolla in five years but now plans to sell 20000 units of Corolla Altis per year.

The interiors of the car are primarily is inspired by it`s more expensive sibling, Toyota Camry. The quality of the fabric is of upgraded level that offers speak of quality comparable to Jetta or Civic. However, the exteriors are much more like its earlier version.
