About Tata Tigor EV
Summary
Tata’s first EV has been on sale for a while now and is mostly popular with the commercial sector as well as the fleet market. It can be had in 3 trims levls - XE+, XM+ and XT+ and is available in available in three major colour options that comprise Pearlescent White, Egyptian Blue and Roman Silver.
The Tigor EV gets the same interior as the regular model. Its feature list includes the likes of eight speakers, a five-inch touchscreen, turn-by-turn navigation system, rear parking assist, and more. As for safety it gets ABS with EBD, cornering stability controls and better impact absorbing body structure.
On the outside, this fully-electric Tata Tigor looks quite similar to that of the pre-facelift Tigor. The only exception is that there is blue coloured lettering and some mild EV detailing. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 3,992mm in length, 1,677mm wide, and has a height of 1,537mm. Its wheelbase measures 2,450 mm respectively.
The Tata Tigor EV is powered by a 21.5 kWh battery pack with a battery cooling system. Also on offer are two charging ports, one for fast charging and the other for slow AC charging. The electric motor produces 40bhp of power and 105Nm of torque. The model will come equipped with ABS and dual airbags (driver airbag only for XE trim) as standard features. The standard warranty for it stands at three years or 1.25 lakh kms.
