Tata's vehicles dont have a resale value

By Estevam Dias on 12 August 2009

Tata's vehicles dont have a resale value, because of bad manufacturing quality and bad after sale services.
I have an Indica Diesel DLE and when I planned to buy another car I was told that my old Indica will fetch only Rs 55.000/- which is peanuts, and my vehicle still is in condition to compete other Indica Models even the V2 model. This is because the Tata spoiled their name all over India.
I would have gone to the new Ignous which is quite exciting and even the cost is affordable for its new items such as ABS , radio with USB and the controls on hand wheel etc, but I ma reluctant because there is no resale for Tatas.
I have now almost going for NEW Ford Fiesta 1.6 L SXI model which cost on road Rs.7.09 Lacks.
Can Tatas still impress me eventhough it is 1.4 L but I dont know what are the specifications and size dimensions etc and the Photographs showing its looks.I have gone on internet and does not show anything what I am interested. This points of Tatas not giving all the details is another drawback. Appears they are not good in marketing.
